Go to the dealer with your title or registration (to prove you own the car) and the VIN and get a replacement cylinder with key. The key is made off your Vin and will be the correct key for your car.


Does the A/C work? If so, running it for a few minutes on the coldest setting such cause the aux fan to come on. If it doesn't come on with a few minutes of A/C use, then you need to start tracking down the problem. Could be as simple as a fuse.
