you have to remove the wook trim that holds your seat adjust switch. Careful not to break it otherwise its $$$

The best is use a butter knife and slide it from top to down on the stright. This will unlock the circular lock holding it. Than its a metter removing it, unpluging it and unscrew that one screw holding your door handle to the door.
