I would push my '74 Pinto (insert your own joke, those of us that are old enough to fondly remember the Pinto bean, the Pinto bomb), before I would drive any of the above. The lil' Pinto got me through high school and college, before dying. Oh, the memories, drive ins....... Still, sold it for $300 (beer money) spring of my senior year at OSU.

Bought my first diesel in '85 with the $13 remaining from the sale of the Pinto remains. The diesel Escort, no a/c, no radio, no wonder it sat on the lot for a year.
