Since you have already done the repair, you've noticed that there isn't much to installing them, so it's not likely that you didn't do it properly.

Most likely, you are still getting a leak because the excess fluid from the previously leaking cylinders is still present in the windshield channels.

It took me three or four tries with long cotton swabs and paper towels to get every visible trace of fluid removed. No more leaking after that.
