It does have the original primer pump on it. However, from the looks of it, the leak is actually on the bottom of the assembly not where the primer pump screws in.

The top of the assembly is dry, but there is fuel.. well mostly WVO all over the place underneath of it.

Which would lead me to believe that its not the primer pump thats leaking.

Perhaps I'll try swapping just the primer pump out and see. But then I'll have an extra primer pump if I need to swap out the whole assembly.
