Code 9 on pin 14 is vehicle speed sensor...
B/6 hall sensor ... I believe that one is in the dash/speedo head..
There is a test connector under the hood somewhere .. I will see if I can find it in the CD

Does the car have ASR???

Check fuse #1 . If OK , give it a spin for better contact
B6 speed sensor and S/9 brake lamp switch BOTH on this circuit, so that is a possible...
