ymsin: you know the next morning after the accident,
i went to my local police in the hope of tracking down
the owner of that dog and to summon him to court.
i had twice before narrowly missed hitting that dog, it
is accident waiting to happen. and it happened!! dogs
must be on leash, the owner is negligent. yeah, i know
i was also speeding.
