surgery went fine

for those who knew it was coming - i had the surgery on my shoulder this morning. two hours under the knife, or more accurately scope. took 3 screws to reattach the cartilage to the scapula. the things the hard core shooters will do to tighten their groups ! in all seriousness it was an on the job injury.

expecting a good recovery even though i'll be one armed for a while. have already done three sets of exercises, moving my arm only from the elbow down to reduce swelling in my hand and forearm. pain so far is manageable as i haven't yet had to take any meds yet.

expecting to be off work for at least one month, during which i'll get to spend a couple weeks in califonia with the wife and kids.

time to do some reading then rack out. excuse the smallcase it is difficult working left hand only.
