Sounds suspicious. I agree with Steve, those relays don't seem to be so problematic. Does it have a fuse like the earlier cars so you can replace the fuse??

With a good harness, you got to find out what is frying the relays. How's the alternator? Could too high of voltage or a bad diode effect the relay?
