A couple of months a go, my father-in-law launched his Caddy into my 280E's front passenger door. Given he's family, I can't take him to the cleaners for repair costs, though Deisel Dog thinks otherwise. Two quotes so far, one with a used door, sprayed to match and one with dent pulled and filled, also sprayed to match. Both are around $700 for the job. My paint color is MB 906 a clear-coat light blue metalic. Quotes for a door from "Recyclers" are about $200.
I used Silver Star Recycling to get a set of used wheels. They have inventory on their web site so you can actually check colors and cars.
