Hey

Is a steering dampener, which I've just replaced on my '86 190E, fitted to the 16v/sportline (they have quicker steering)?

If I changed to the quicker steering from the 16v and sportline, would I need to change the dampener, or anything apart from the steering box?

p.s. The steering feels so much better with a new dampener.
