I hear popping noises in the right front at very low speeds, especially when I turn the wheel.....any ideas as to what it could be???

I also get a whinning in the rear only on the highway and when I'm accelerating over 70 mph, when I take my foot off the accelerator, it stops...any ideas???

Was told today (11/19) that it could be the center bearing because there is some play any thoughts?
