Often see reference/explanation of the topside oil tubes for the M119 engine... especially how they fail and drop oil pressure to the topside of the motor. Recently pulled my valve covers in order to check the tubes and the condition of my chain.
I've attached a pix that clearly shows the tubes in order to clarify where/what these are for achive purposes.
This motor has 105K on it. Hope this helps.
