Sounds like a suspension job,(ball joints and upper control arm and your rear end differential is the whinning noise in the back. I had the simular thing with my front end. I got it up on the wrack and noticed several things going bad. So make sure once you get the wheel off replace and re-pack wheel bearings, lower ball joints, upper control arm and bushings. Probably need to look at the other side as well, most likely it's in the same condition.
