I had a similar problem on a t-bird vintage 70's. Turned out that there was a matt of ***** inside the spray nozzles. Sticking a pin in only push it to the back of the nozzle reservoir (like 1cm^3) behind the jet. As soon as you tried them again, it jammed into the start of the nozzle choking any flow.
Maybe a good idea to replace them as Palanji suggests
