Well, I picked up the car this morning, and she runs like a dream. The B2 piston had blown up, but the tranny guy said the rest of the tranny was in great shape. The old fluid looked like it was brand new. End cost was 1300.00 CDN. That included the tow from the dealer to the indie. 560.00 (parts & labour) to change the piston, and the rest was for new fluid, filter, new driveshaft coupling, and labour to pull and reinstall the tranny,and taxes.
