I'm a little concerned over using a tougher material. The inside gear, almost a strip gear, would take alot of abuse in that circumstance, and would probably be more expensive to manufacture. Cost of these things in small quantities are dear but making 10 or 20 makes the unit price small....that's why I was looking for other folks that might be interested. If I make 20 the're less than $10 can ea.
