I contacted the fabricator today and I guess verbal quotes are not worth squat. He informs me they want $130 for the first gear and additionals are $85. What a load of *****.

I'm not finished with this yet. It should not run near this in a quantity buy of 20 or so.

Sixto: If that offer still holds for the blank, I would appreciate getting either it or the dimensions (as the one I have is in many pieces) just to compare data. Looking for data on whether is has a 20 degree pressure angle, number of teeth (looks like 17 but I'm guessing), all the rest.

Sorry for any inconvience at this time but I still believe I can get them made up for a lot less than this.
