Surely, you don't think that your taxes go only for social programs--the war in Iraq was not free, I hope you know. And the build-up of weapons systems, especially the famous star wars missile defense that constantly fails in trial runs, costs a whole heap o' your tax dollars. Criticize tax dollars for social programs, if you must, but be fair--politician wars, as Iraq surely is, cost buckeroos as well.
