Yeah, benz knows about that leak. There is a bulliten about it telling techs not to replace racks to fix the leak because the parts are now (they weren't initially) available seperately.

I'm not going to be at work for a week so I'm unable to look for the torque spec (35Nm i think). I'm sure someone else out there knows it.
