Blower fan comes and goes.

Usually will not operate at all on cold mornings. Then, 5-10 miles into my commute, the climate control will start clicking furiously (relay click?), and the fan will eventually kick in and stay on.

Then I'll take a sharp turn, or hit a bump, and fan will pause for an instant, or even a few minutes.

I've checked the fuse and related wiring. Also checked other related fuse for climate control.

Does this smell like a failing relay? Any experiences like mine?
