Many have asked question about this valve and no answer was ever given.

When I open my gas tank, I always felt a strong rush of air flow. Upon search on this forum and my shop CD, I found where this valve is and what it supposes to do.

However, what will happen if this valve is stuck closed or open? What if the charcoal canister is flooded?
