Blower motor is in the climate control case, and I think the wires are on the driver's side. I think you need to remove the lower cover on the driver's side of the dash -- pull carpet and remove the plastic nuts that look like a small hat and pull the black plastic cover up off the screws, then down to unclip it from the cover. You should be able to reach the wires there -- they are the only paired set with a connector. There are two more pairs of wires, but they are the temp sensors for the evaporator and heater core, don't have a connector as I remember.
