It's a little more complex than some resistors, it's a blower control module. It is replaceable seperately. You could also try jumping 12V to the blower to make sure it runs.

Hello again Mercedes experts! It has almost a year since this probably showed up last but it is now -20C and I have no heat
Same symptons as last time....digital climate control read-out works fine, show the correct temp. and fan speed but nothing comes out of the vents and the fan doesn't run.
I don't want to spend a fortune replacing all the parts but my local shop has no idea what might be wrong. If I had to buy just one part would you guess it should be the blower control module?
