After reading more posts on this subject I am not sure about something. When I first put the car into drive - this is what I am refering to above as 1st. I have read some posts that say 560SEL's starts off in 2nd - is that right? If so the above information should be 2nd into 3rd is smooth and 3rd into 4th gets bump sometimes.

Its an automatic so can someone let me know if car starts off in 2nd (when I start driving slowly and am not putting the pedal too far down) .
