Is the throttle doing mechinical function (like in carburator cars) or doing electrical, if so then it doesn't matter how much do you open the throttle, this is ECU who will decide to send the amount fuel to the cylenders based on RPM and other things(that i don't know)

Assuming it's a KE fuel system the WOT and idle switches are incorporated into a TPS (throttle position switch) located at the end of the throttle valve. On my M103 the throttle valve body is located under the fuel distributor. The TPS on my engine is difficult to reach but it has a pigtail with a connector on top of the manifold, so it is each to check switch operation. One lead is ground, one is the WOT signal, and the other is the idle signal.
