Aloha,

At the first cold start of the day, my 1979 450SLC starts up fine, but my automatic transmission won't shift out of low gear once I start rolling. After I drive for about 2 miles in what sounds like low gear, the transmission shifts, and it's good for the rest of the day.

Any ideas?
