there are repair kits available from mercedes, they are also sold by other aftermarket suppliers, but the only aftermaket ones i have used that even come close to the OE are the ones made by Bilstein, i believe they make them for mercedes, anyway the part number is 202-330-01-18
you will need 4, that is one item per lower control arm bushing. without the bolt kits you as far as i know you reall cannot get a worthwile alignment.contact me at mercedessd@cox.net if you need more information.
