what would happen if i hook up a heater with these specs to 12v instead? i know it would not get as warm but would it draw more amps even though the OHMS are set? I guess it would just draw less amps as well. do i have these equations right V/I=R Volt/Amps=resistance

specs: 66 OHMS, 2000 WATTS, 115V, 60 Hz
