Regarding the transmission oil, I talked to the MB dealer two days ago, they only suggested me to use Dexron III for my car (Older MB). I bought Valvoline Dexron III USD2.5 per qt. Same rule to the motor oil, do not use syntheic oil for older MB. I'd like to try syntheic oil myself, but I am worried about leaking problem. That might be one of the reason the MB dealer stopped me. Kept me wondering???
