fabric glue question
all sorts of knowledge seems to abound here, so I thought I'd give this a try:
I need to glue the numbers back onto a football jersey. It's a reproduction, and the numbers are that thick rubbery feeling consistency. I think they are probably thickly screen printed on? but, alas, now they are coming off. So.... any help for an adhesive that is laundry safe that might work applying these letters to the nylon mesh jersey?
I found out that I got tickets to see the Steelers next weekend (tix came from a Steelers player- and he only asked for face value), so I need to have the Jersey looking good or the pittsburghers will disembowel me...
