Open the compartment, there are three screws and the frame pulls up and out. In this frame there is the cd changer, your telaid, and the support for the cell phone if you got it. Check the connectors there will be power and the infrared link. I installed mine and it worked without any programming. The install sheet indicates that it should be programmed with the body computer at the dealer but if it worked there should be no season why it should not. I wonder why the radio had to be reset, dead battery?
