I guess I didn't say what I meant...sorry about that.

The switch is fine, best I can tell. All the terminals that are supposed to be on the switch are there.

It's the plug that plugs into the rear part of the switch that appears to be missing Terminal #4. I can't find any trace of a wire to even suggest that it ever existed...hence my question.
