2F start 1st try no block heater, slow crank

I'm pretty happy with that. Been outside for 3 days without trying and 2F at out place all through the night. Still, with 15W-40, no fuel conditioners and a 4 year old interstate battery (stored outside through winters). Started in about 3 seconds of cranking but it was pretty slow. Idled without stalling or missing. So I feel confident that the fuel and glow system is fine. However, when I got on the highway, it would only go about 75 on level. When I got to work, I popped the hood. The fuel in the prefilter was cloudy and a bit frothy. The primer pump still operated but felt different, like the fuel was not passing through the internal check valve, which makes sense. I think I'll start dosing with an additive to reduce the clouding and change the oil weight
