Does anyone know how to troubleshoot the AC/heater blower on a 1996 Dodge Ram 1500? I just purchase this pickup last week.

The blower only works on OFF and HIGH speed. The compressor would turn on, if it is on low speed AC mode. Because I feel the cold air from the vent, when the car is running.
