Answer
I had the EXACT same problem, and the dealer said that the 'fuse box' in the trunc was damaged. It was replaced for $230 plus 4 hours labor to diagnose and replace.
Symptoms I had: no hazard, no turn signals, no trunc release, no wipers, no alarm and more.
