Given that the OVP relay fuse is OK, and the problem is not intermittent. Does anyone know if the OVP Relay, always fails in such a way that it either works, or it doesn't?

Or, can the OVP Relay also fail partially in such a manner that it still operates some circuits normally, yet fails to operate other circuits at all?
