Many have said they could do the swap without taking motor mounts lose and jacking the engine, but it does look like a PITA to me, so I always just throw a jack under the engine, unbolt the hex mount bolt, unbolt the shock mount and jack the engine up. Removeing the mount arm from the engine helps with space. Make sure you have the right size wrench for the end fittings (I think 24 or 26mm) before you start.
