P.E.Haiges will tell you to rebuild it, but I've never seen a kit either. Call Phil at Fastlane and ask if he can match Rusty's price. While you're at it, buy the slave as well. They're only about $25 and usually when one goes the other isn't far behind.
You should have seen the day Perfesser Leaky's clutch quit. I pulled into the Tampa MB dealer, but they wanted me to authorize $300 before they would even look at it. So I started it up and drove out clutchless. Problem was, the service manager had set the parking brake when I wasn't looking. So it was quite an adventure.
To its credit though, after about two minutes of trying, it finally did start while in gear and with the parking brake on.
