Check OVP relay fuse, fuel pumps (must run while cranking), and fuel pressure (probably have to take it to a shop for this). Dead fuel pump, dead fuel pump relay, dead OVP (no cold start), or bad accumulator will all prevent fuel delivery, hence no start.

Also check for spark, and check condition of cap, rotor, and wires. Have a care, it has a high voltage ignition.
