The really freaky part (to me) is that the vast majority of the auctions seem to be composed of only a rather small number of different products ("Am Ber TuRn ArR oWs" is one of them). The item titles vary, though, using many, many different makes/models of automobiles and motorcycles to pad the rest of the title.
A search of completed items shows over 8000 auctions that closed during the past 30 days for this seller . I just don't have enough interest to grind through all of those to figure out the percentage of those auctions that ended with bids, but a quick look makes me wonder how this outfit brings in enough to cover eBay listing fees (even with "padded" shipping & insurance charges, and really inexpensive merchandise to begin with).
I'm not accusing the seller of general foul play here, just wondering how his particular eBay "business model" works.
