Pass on it. With rust at the jack points, you'd never be able to change a tire. There is never a small amount of rust, there's always more and it's hidden, and expensive to repair.

IMHO, buy a newer version of the same car. It's been said many times, there's nothing more expensive than a cheap Mercedes.
