Don't worry about the person who posts the question..... if they already disagree or don't believe you you are not likely to change their minds..
However, you should state your best arguement for OTHERS who will see the discussion... both now and in the future....
Perhaps they will even give you credit when they find out you are correct... not likely... but maybe...
