You may want to take a close look at the upper timing cover right below the distributor. I had a similar problem with tiny trace of antifreeze leakage which I located to come from where the upper timing cover meets the main timing cover. The seal itself cost only a few dollars, but it was quite a job to get it done. The radiator and fan had to be removed to allow room for proper work clearance. Worth a look, good luck.
