Well, haven't got any answer so I figured I'd take the seat out and see what happens.
The motor is fine. I located the problem in the part where the 3 motors mount to. It's the part that contains the gears. It attaches to the seat frame on the left side, the motors mount on its right side.
Now, if somebody could give me a part name or even better a part number I would greatly appreciate.
