Bought it with 50,000 miles for 17K almost 2 years ago (from dealer) and got 12.5K trade-in with 80,000 miles this week.

I'd already negotiated a price on my new ride before I even mentioned that I 'may' want to trade in a vehicle. After a couple more days of of the dealer calling me asking what they could do to get me to drive away in their Ford I brought the ML in and let them give me a quote for trade since I'd already firmed up my price on the Ford. On first quote dealer only wanted to offer 9K trade in on my ML and I laughed at them. Three more days and they came up with 12.5K and wouldn't budge any further.
