The trick is to do something you don't want to do, but then you can't do something you don't want to do. At the risk of being a pretentious *********, this was noticed by the ancient greeks. Nothing new under the sun.

A guy I worked with used to say that 'nice people got off on being nice'. He was a moron (with a Ph.D).
