Normally when the wife and I go camping we hitch up our Coleman pop up to the back of my Toyota 4x4 and put the dog under the cap in the back of the truck. Its been a workable arrangement but since we just bought the 300E we are thinking about using the Mercedes to pull the pop up and consequently ride a bit more comfortably. The 4x4 has a rather restricted cab.

Does anyone have experience with trailer hitches for a 300E?
Is it possible to mount a hitch on a Mercedes? I'd like to put the hitch on myself. Any suggestions as to where I might purchase one?
