The window has one nut holding it in. You'll need to raise the window about 3/4 up; the bottom of the window should be visible through an oval cutout in the door (towards the front of the car). You should be able to see the nut. The other "arm" of the regulator just has a dowel pin; you can push this arm towards the outside of the car to release the pin. Then bring the window out through the top.
