"started to fish-eye, small fish eyes"

When shooting automotive paint... when this happens .... there is a little bottle of ' anti fish eye ' which you add to the paint being sprayed. Since with a spray can you can't do that... I think it means that the necessary level of cleanliness has not been achieved. After the spirit cleaners have been used the last process on cars is the Klix88 ( and wiping with tack rag )....
